How can I write a review using the app?Simply scan the shop QR code using the Bonfire app and pay for your meal. A review template will be created for you after successful payment. You can choose to review it now or later. If you decide to review later, you can find it by hitting the “+” button and tapping “Pending Reviews”.

How can I upload photos and videos to my review?While writing a review in the app, there’s an option to add media. Tap the ‘Add Photos’ button and choose pictures or videos from your device to upload.

How can I find shops near me?Navigate to “Search”, and use the “Near Me” button in our app. It uses your device’s location services to find and suggest shops in your current area.

I can't find a specific shop in the app. What should I do?Try using the search function and make sure the shop's name is spelled correctly. If the shop still doesn’t appear, it may not be our partner yet.

How can I list my shop on the app?To sign up your shop on Bonfire, simply visit https://bonfireadme.com/merchants/ and submit the Application Form to us. This will start the process, and we will contact you shortly after!

How can my food & beverage business benefit from joining?Bonfire is a social review platform where your customers can share their reviews with their friends! These reviews include photos, videos, detailed category scores, positive comments shared publicly to all Bonfire users, as well as remarks for improvement that are shared privately only to you! We also provide you with business analytics to help you understand your business better so that you can make smart business decisions.

Can I advertise my business on the platform?We believe in passive and honest advertising by your customers’ reviews, instead of traditional paid advertising. Your customers will leave detailed reviews for your business and share them with their friends.

How can I change my profile information?Navigate to your profile, from there you can update your profile information, including your profile ID, profile photo, and bio.

What should I do if I forgot my password?If you forgot your password, tap ‘Forgot Password’ on the login screen and follow the instructions to set a new password.

How can I delete my account permanently?Navigate to Settings > My details > Delete this account. You will then be prompted to confirm your intention to delete your account, followed by a 6-digit verification procedure. If you confirm your request for account deletion, we will take up to 7 days to begin the deletion process. If we detect account activity within these 7 days, your request for account deletion will be considered revoked. Once the account deletion process begins, it may take up to 90 days to complete.

How can I update my business information on the app?To update your business information, please contact us at support@bonfireadme.com and let our team know what information you would like to change. Due to the sensitivity of updating business information and for your business security, additional verification may be required.

How can I end my business partnership with Bonfire?If you would like to end your partnership with us, just send us written notice via email to support@bonfireadme.com and we will contact you to walk you through the termination procedure. *Relevant notice period applies

What should I include in my review?Try to include photos and videos, as well as written details about the food and drinks, the service, the vibe, cleanliness, and value for money. Detailed reviews are more helpful to both the shops as well as other users.

What should I do if I had an unsatisfactory experience at a shop?We encourage all users to share their experiences, both positive and negative. If you had an unsatisfactory experience, please treat the shop fairly and provide constructive feedback to help the business improve. Your positive remarks will be shared with all of the public, your negative feedback will be shared privately to the business.

How does the review system work?Every customer review comes with photos and/or videos, a 1-5 score for each of 6 categories (Taste, Hygiene, Vibe, Service, Location, Value), as well as both positive and negative feedback. All parts of the review are publicly viewable, except for negative feedback which can only be seen by the business.

What is the policy on business owners soliciting reviews?While we encourage restaurant owners to ask their customers to leave reviews, they must not offer incentives or discounts for positive reviews. This is strictly against our policy and broader company mission as it can lead to misleading ratings and reviews.

What should I do if I see incorrect information about a business?If you notice incorrect information, you can report it by sending us a screenshot of the incorrect content to support@bonfireadme.com and explaining what information is incorrect. We will investigate further and take corrective actions if necessary.

How can I get support or assistance with my business account?If you need support or assistance with your business account, you can contact us by sending an email to support@bonfireadme.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

How can merchants report a false or inappropriate review in the app?If you believe a user review violates our guidelines or is deliberately misleading beyond reasonable subjectivity, you can report it in your merchant app by swiping left on the review in your 'My Store' page, tapping the 'Report' button, and submitting a report form. We will further investigate and may take corrective actions if necessary.
