At AD.ME (HONG KONG) LIMITED (“we”, “us,”, “our”, or “Company”), we are committed to protecting the data privacy of our business partners and merchants (“Merchants”) via our merchant application (the “Merchant App”). This B2B Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the Merchants' data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (the “Ordinance”) and other applicable laws and regulations.

Collection and Use of Merchant Data 商戶資料的收集和使用

Because access to the Merchant App is provisioned by our team based on our existing business relationship, the App itself is designed to collect minimal data. Depending on your use of the Merchant App and the features active in your current version, we may collect and process, among others, the following types of data:

Consumer Data Displayed in the App 應用程序中顯示的消費者資料

The Merchant App acts as a secure dashboard displaying analytics, payments, and user-generated content (such as reviews, photos, and videos) related to your business. This consumer data is downloaded from our servers, not collected from your device, and is governed by our primary User Privacy Statement. As a business partner, you are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any consumer data displayed on your device in accordance with our agreements and the User Privacy Statement.

We agree to take all practicable steps to keep all Merchant information confidential and/or undisclosed.

However, we may share Merchants' data with third parties in the following circumstances:

We use reasonable security measures to protect Merchants' data from unauthorized access, disclosure, and destruction.
